STERILIZATION EQUIPMENT(STERILIZATION MACHINE, STERILIZER)
This equipment is characterized by annular type structure of heat exchanger, high efficiency, energy-saving and easy operation. It is widely used for the sterilization of liquid materials like fresh milk, sauce, beverages, and liquors and also used for the sterilization of soybean milk and liquid medicine. If mated with homogenizer, this equipment can also be used at materials with high viscosity like beet condensed milk and etc.
Production handling capacity: 1-4t/h
Sterilization temperature: 115-145°C
Holding time: 4-6s
Control modes: manual, automatic
Major configurations: designated pump for materials, balance barrel, heater, double cover coil heat exchanger, temperature-controlling and recording instrument (optional), electrical control system (optional) and etc.
